At Meher Jamal Scents, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges


Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene concerns, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The wrong product is delivered

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or a short video of the product and packaging

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time is 5–7 working days

  • Shipping is free, so no shipping charges are deducted

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders


For COD orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as mutually agreed.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once the order is shipped via Leopards Courier, cancellation is not possible.

  • Free shipping across Pakistan

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

  • Orders returned without valid reason
